If you've been wondering which surfaces pair best with a nail free adhesive strong bond, the short answer is: wood, concrete, metal, glass, ceramic tile, and gypsum board all respond well — provided the surface is clean and dry. Based on my experience working with modified silane polymer adhesives, these materials accept the adhesive's moisture-curing mechanism reliably, creating bonds with tensile strength up to 2.5 N/mm² (ISO 37). Porous surfaces give the best mechanical grip, while smooth non-porous surfaces like glass simply need a quick prep wipe before application.
At 23°C/50% R.H., Jiaobao's one-part RTV mixture dries to the touch in about 20 minutes, and it cures at a rate of 2.5 mm per 24 hours. The hardness is 50 ± 5 Shore A, and the elongation at break is 3000%. This means that when the bond is stressed, it bends instead of breaking. Temperature performance is from -40°C to 80°C, which is a good range for most indoor and light outdoor uses.
Once it cures, the paste-like nail free adhesive strong bond is waterproof, so it can be used in bathrooms and kitchens where drilling into wet tile could damage expensive finishes. With an elastic modulus of 1,400 N/mm² (at 100% elongation), the bond absorbs vibrations instead of sending them on. This lowers noise, which is very helpful in occupied buildings where drilling can be noisy.

The easiest surfaces to work with are hardwood, softwood, and concrete. Their roughness makes tiny holes that the paste can go into before it hardens, which forms mechanical interlocking on top of the chemical bonding. In real life, I've seen skirting boards and decorative moldings stick to concrete walls without a single wall plug. This saves a lot of time and effort per square meter put.
The surface of steel, aluminum, and glass is smoother, so chemical bonding rather than mechanical grip is what holds them together. The fix is easy: use isopropyl alcohol to wipe the surface clean of oil and rust, then put it on. Standard solvent-based adhesives can damage the silver backing, so use a neutral-cure or MS Polymer-based formula when you're sticking things to mirrors. By design, Jiaobao's changed silane mixture is safe for mirrors.
If you prepare them right, this glue can be used on laminates, PVC trim, painted gypsum board, and ceramic tile. Avoid surfaces that are greasy or have a lot of roughness without first cleaning them. Plastics made of polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) have low surface energy, which means they don't stick to most adhesives. For those, you need a primer or a special formula. An ordinary prep job is enough for the vast majority of interior finishing jobs.
Surfaces must always be clean. The best way to clean wood and pavement is with a dry brush. Use a solvent cloth to clean metal and glass. If the surface is painted, make sure that the paint layer is tightly attached. Loose paint sends bond failure to itself instead of the substrate. The temperature for building should stay between 5°C and 35°C; temperatures below 5°C make curing much slower.
Put the 300 ml cartridge or 600 ml sausage pack into the gun and cut the nozzle to the bead size you need. Then, use a continuous bead or dot pattern, depending on the load. Hold the part firmly for 60 to 90 seconds and let the surface dry before releasing it. For big things that are heavier than the original grab rate, use temporary mechanical support until the 24-hour cure mark has passed.
A dirty surface, a temperature below 5°C, or not enough touch pressure during bonding are the three main reasons why nail free adhesive strong bond doesn't stick together well. When a bond fails on a smooth substrate, it's usually because the surface wasn't cleaned before the adhesive was put on. If you notice that the glue skinning too quickly when it's above 35°C, cut down on the size of the beads and work in smaller parts to keep the open time before placing.
The point of a mechanical clip is where most of the stress is concentrated. A building glue with a tensile strength of 2.5 N/mm² spreads the load over the whole area that is bonded. That means that for a 300 mm x 300 mm panel, it can theoretically hold a lot more than two screws can. Because it stretches 300% at break, the bond doesn't come apart when the building moves or when the temperature changes.
Without drill holes, there is no need for filler, paint touch-up, or hardware that can be seen. This is very important to homes when it comes to finished surfaces like glossy tile or polished stone. When it comes to work speed, someone with a caulking gun can add trim about twice as fast as someone digging and plugging. That small difference quickly adds up to real cost savings over the course of a whole job.
Solvents are often found in liquid nail products, and double-sided tapes make trash that can't be recycled. A solvent-free MS Polymer adhesive doesn't give off any VOCs when it's being used, which helps commercial projects meet LEED certification goals. Jiaobao's recipe has ISO and CE standards, which means it meets the import rules of many markets.
When you look for "nail free adhesive strong bond manufacturer" or "MS polymer construction adhesive bulk" on online trade sites like Alibaba and 1688, you'll find a long list of sellers." Before you place an order for cartons, ask for a sample kit. You'll have 3–7 days to evaluate it and see how well it bonds to your specific substrates before committing.
As you look for manufacturers, make sure that the Technical Data Sheets (TDS) they provide have full ISO 37 tensile data, ASTM D2202 sag resistance results, and accelerated weathering test reports. Jiaobao has been making things for more than 13 years, does OEM/ODM production, and ships within one to two weeks. It comes in White, Black, Gray, or a custom color, and you can choose between 300 ml and 600 ml cartridge and sausage packaging.
It's not enough to just look at the cost per unit. Think about the time saved on work, the lack of patch-and-paint repair, and the lower chance of digging through tile and breaking it. A little more expensive material per tube usually pays for itself in the first fitting job, when time is saved and calls aren't needed.

If the surface is clean, dry, and within the suggested temperature range, a nail free adhesive strong bond will work best on wood, concrete, metal, glass, ceramic tile, and gypsum board. Jiaobao's modified silane polymer formula makes a paste that won't sag on vertical surfaces and has a tensile strength of 2.5 N/mm², an elongation of 300%, and a service range of -40°C to 80°C. Whether you're a builder putting up hundreds of meters of skirting board or a homeowner hanging a bathroom mirror, this glue takes the place of the drill.
Yes. Once fully cured, the modified silane polymer bond resists water, making it suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-humidity areas. It also resists dilute acids and alkalis, which is relevant in cleaning-chemical environments.
Yes, provided the formula is neutral-cure or MS Polymer-based. Solvent-based adhesives can desilver the mirror backing. Jiaobao's formulation uses modified silane chemistry, which is chemically compatible with mirror backings.
With proper surface prep and full 24-hour cure, bonds on compatible substrates hold for the product's service life — typically 20+ years based on accelerated weathering data. Heavy items above the initial grab rating need temporary support during the first 24 hours.
Yes. Below 5°C, viscosity increases and curing slows considerably. Plan indoor installations for temperatures between 5°C and 35°C for best results.
Initial grab holds the piece in place within the first 60 minutes. Final cure — reaching maximum tensile strength — takes 24–72 hours depending on temperature and humidity.
Since 2013, Jiaobao has sold building adhesives to builders and distributors all over the world. Our nail-free adhesive strong bond goods are ISO and CE-approved, come in 300 ml and 600 ml sizes, and are ready for OEM and ODM orders. If there is a problem with the quality during the shelf life, we will either refund or replace the item. Email dorashen@cnjiaobao.com to get a free sample or bulk pricing.
