Nail free adhesive construction grade products have changed how construction teams approach fastening on active jobsites. By removing the need for nails, screws, and pneumatic tools, these bonding agents directly reduce puncture injuries, tool misfires, and structural damage caused by mechanical fasteners. Jiaobao's SV815 formula, built on modified silane polymer chemistry, delivers up to 2.5 N/mm² tensile strength with 300% elongation at break — performance that matches or surpasses traditional hardware while keeping workers and substrates intact.
Construction-grade no-nail bonding agents are one-part glues that stick things together with air and wetness. They have the consistency of paste. It's not like regular contact glues because it makes an elastomeric link that can stand up to heat and pressure. Jiaobao says that SV815 is made from changed silane polymers and is dry to the touch in 20 minutes at 23°C/50% RH. Every 24 hours, it hardens at a rate of 2.5 mm.
For structural bonding, this kind of glue can stick to metal, glass, wood, concrete, ceramic tile, and composite panels. If you use thinner glues to install siding or panels, the vertical surfaces will often move around. This can't happen because the consistency of this thixotropic paste is between 100,000 and 300,000 cP.
The SV815 from Jiaobao comes in sizes and shapes like sausages and cartridges, ranging from 300 ml to 600 ml. You can pick a color other than white, black, gray, or something else. This product has a shelf life of 12 months and is made in a facility that is ISO-certified. It is useful for regional distributors who need to keep stable inventory across many downstream channels.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, nails and screws account for a significant share of puncture wounds and laceration injuries on construction sites annually. Nail free adhesive construction grade offers an alternative fixing method. Pneumatic nail guns alone cause roughly 37,000 emergency room visits per year in the United States. These numbers reflect a systemic risk that mechanical fastening methods carry by design.
Misdriven nails and over-torqued screws crack tile faces, split wood panels, and compromise waterproofing membranes. In hollow brick or thin substrate assemblies, mechanical penetration weakens the base material irreversibly. Once that damage occurs, rework costs climb — and the structural integrity of the installation is compromised from day one.
Drilling and nail-driving generate airborne dust, particularly when working with fiber cement, gypsum board, or masonry. Prolonged noise exposure from pneumatic tools exceeds OSHA's 85 dB action level in many enclosed jobsite environments. These conditions degrade worker health over extended project timelines and create compliance obligations for site managers.
The above health and environmental risks can be directly dealt with by switching to a no-nail structure glue. Sealing materials made for building sites are not only nice to look at, but they also make work safer.
Here are the main reasons why you should do this:
There isn't any sharp hardware exposure. Nail free adhesive construction grade uses a cartridge and glue gun instead of free nails or screws. This keeps people from getting pierced or hurting their hands while moving things around or putting them in place. You don’t need to drill because strong materials like glass, hollow brick, and waterproof coatings stay in place. It stays together all the way around the installation because the glue only sticks to the surface and not through it.
You need to make sure the surfaces are clean and dry before you use any structural bonding glue. Clean up the oil, dirt, and other loose things. Before painting on concrete or brick, which are both porous, you should put down a base coat. This helps the paint stick better and last longer. SV815 needs a construction temperature between 5°C and 35°C for the moisture-activated curing process to work right.
Standard beads can be used in a serpentine pattern to connect wood to concrete or wood to wood. Before bonding, a light mechanical abrading is helpful for metal substrates because it makes the surface contact better. When you fix glass and mirrors, you should always use a mixture that is neutral-cure and won't corrode. For instance, the improved silane base of SV815 saves reflective backings in gyms and public bathrooms with a lot of moisture.
People who work with chemicals should protect their eyes and wear masks that can handle the chemicals. This is especially important when working up high or in a small area. Making sure there is enough air flow speeds up the process without adding solvents that can catch fire because SV815 cures through water. A temporary brace should be used for 24 hours, or until the glue reaches about 80% cure strength, on vertical parts that weigh more than 10 kg/m².
It is possible to find out how much better nail free adhesive construction grade, construction-grade bonded adhesives are than everyday chemical adhesives and mechanical nails. If you let modified silane polymer adhesives dry, they are more bendable than epoxy systems. As long as the temperature stays between -40°C and 80°C, they will work. Also, they won't break when heated and cooled several times, which is very important for exterior cladding.
When it comes to buying, adhesives are cheaper per installation because they don't need as much gear and don't need as much work or repair. They can market themselves as a one-stop shop for contractors if they have a full line of products, such as sealants and construction adhesives. This makes them more likely to buy from them again, which shows that they trust them.
It can be changed by OEM/ODM, so Jiaobao's SV815 can be used for different projects or names in different areas. It also meets ISO quality standards. Production takes one to two weeks, and operations can happen by land or sea. This means that supply stays steady across all networks.

When mechanical screws are used as the main way to connect things, people can really get hurt on building sites. Structural bonding adhesives, especially modified silane polymer formulations like nail free adhesive construction grade Jiaobao's SV815, can lower these risks. They get rid of sharp hardware, stop drilling damage, and make elastomeric bonds that stay strong even when temperatures change and structures move. Building contractors want safer and cleaner ways to install things, so adding a construction-grade no-nail adhesive to a distributor's line of sealants and adhesives makes everything stronger.
Surface skin forms in approximately 20 minutes under standard conditions (23°C/50% RH). Full mechanical cure proceeds at roughly 2.5 mm per 24 hours. In cooler or drier environments, curing slows, so plan installation sequences accordingly.
The cured adhesive is water-resistant and performs between -40°C and 80°C. However, apply it to dry surfaces only. For exterior joints, allow full cure before rain exposure unless using a moisture-curing MS polymer grade specifically rated for wet-condition application.
Standard solvent-based formulas can dissolve polystyrene and some plastics. SV815's solvent-free modified silane formulation avoids this issue, making it compatible with a broader range of modern building materials.
High-quality construction-grade adhesives in this category support loads exceeding 20–30 kg per square centimeter, depending on the substrate. Bond failure typically occurs in the substrate material itself before the adhesive layer separates.
Modified silane polymer formulations like SV815 are solvent-free and produce low VOC emissions, supporting LEED and green building compliance. Confirm specific project certification requirements with your project engineer before specification.
Since 2013, Jiaobao has been making sealants and structural bonding adhesives for builders. They have been making things for more than 13 years and are ISO certified. Because of our SV815 nail-free adhesive construction grade supplier program, local distributors can choose from different OEM/ODM options, get a steady supply, and be sure of the quality.
